Homeward Bound

The airport bus worked fine as did the S-bahn on the way in.  But I think we preferred the bus as the luggage was stowed away and we didn’t have to manage it around other passengers.

The LOT lounge in Warsaw was not one of the better business class lounges we have experienced.  It didn’t help that our flight was delayed for hours. 

Though we did have our first-ever lounge showers while there.  Kinda fun.

LOT’s business class seats are seats.  Not pods as with Air Canada.  We much prefer the pods.  Also the entertainment system has a lot less on offer than does AC, at least in English. 

We think under the EU passenger rights regulations we’re entitled to 300 Euros each as compensation for the delay in the flight and have applied.  It was a pain and we went from having a friend pick us up to having to pay almost $300 for a limo ride because we arrived after midnight.
