Durnstein

Durnstein a stunning little medieval village on the Austrian Danube.  The local tavern was built in the 1430’s.  😊

There was a steady stream of voters when the polling station opened at 0800.  And as I was leaving hundreds of tourists in groups with guides showed up.  There are now six ships like ours and I dunno how many buses.  Glad I ate and ran for the shots of the mist over the vineyards as by now there can’t be a street scene to be photographed.

I hope the photos HERE give at least an idea of how pretty it was this morning.
